Liability for cargo is subject to agreed contractual terms and insurance arrangements.
Delays caused by third parties, authorities, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for penalty unless contractually agreed.
All invoices are payable according to agreed payment terms.
Overdue accounts may result in suspension of services.
